Employing a Business Development Executive Assistant?

We start a niche on-line B2B-Marktplatz for a certain instudry. We
would like to recruit Business development Executive Assistant in certain
regions, would like we the start of the service. We think with the
occupation peole on the basis of contracts & commission only (however
with grosszuegigen% of the selling price). The BDM becomes the market
study & set of sales sales for their region. Thus in the long run it
becomes a number that they, to hold and them have them. 1. If a BDM
does not fulfill its sales goals in its region, which a fair way of
the completion of its contract & parting enterprise? Speak for example
have it some sales, but goals does not achieve. If we quit the
contract, we profit partially from the work, which they carried out.
2. What should minimum contract running time to “someone go” in the
selling? 3. In our interview process we think also of these questions
require for each perspective to see whether they come with up to a
reasonable solution. Is a good idea?
